About the Role

As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-touch support to both clients and advisers. Acting as the operational backbone of the advisory process, you’ll handle everything from onboarding and documentation to ongoing client servicing and administrative coordination.

This is a role that demands precision, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be responsible for managing time-sensitive tasks with discretion and accuracy, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to exceptional service.

You’ll work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and support teams to deliver an experience that is seamless, compliant, and client-focused. Whether it’s preparing reports, maintaining records, or liaising with providers, you’ll be instrumental in upholding the standards that clients of this calibre expect.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a client support, administrative, or operations role within financial services or professional services

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all documentation and communication

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Professional, discreet, and client-facing demeanour; capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with CRM and reporting systems

  • A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a high-performing team
