Requirements
Prior experience in a client support, administrative, or operations role within financial services or professional services
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all documentation and communication

Professional, discreet, and client-facing demeanour; capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
