They have been established for 15 years and are Headquartered in London. Over the past few years they have developed a home-working set up. Currently, they work from Sheffield and are seeking individuals within the Yorkshire region. This is a great location to meet regularly for meetings/training etc.
They are seeking a motivated and diligent recruitment consultants to help source candidates for their FinTech clients and provide a superb service to them whilst also generating new business and closing deals. You will be skilled in sourcing, bringing in new clients and have excellent sales and screening skills. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be in charge of their own career progression - from developing, progressing through the ranks and gaining more senior positions to recruit for, meaning greater placement fees.
If you are interested in learning and are self motivated to work from home, this could be a great opportunity for you. They utilise their own extensive database of pre-screened candidates, LinkedIn Recruiter and various CV sourcing sites to help source our candidates. They also have many nurtured relationships with FinTech clients and candidates they have built over the last 15 years they can lean on, to help them do the job efficiently.
Requirements
360 Recruitment experience - sourcing new roles and delivering on them, getting the roles filled in a timely manner.
A great billing history and the confidence to take your career up to the next level.
Resilience, motivation and the desire to learn, grow, progress and develop.
You will need to be a good business developer and a great candidate sourcer.
Someone who has high aspirations and goals to achieve incredible results.
