Requirements
A proven track record of results.
A history of ensuring best practice and a passion for high quality advice.
Longevity.
Minimum of a Level 4 Diploma (DipFA)
A self-starter with the desire, motivation and discipline to drive themselves, their career and their life forward.
A gifted adviser who wants to develop further skills, gain new qualifications and earn more.
CAS or Chartered Status advantageous although not necessary as the company can help with gaining these.
