About the Role

You’ll be joining a high-performing Business Support team within a respected wealth management firm, where the focus is on delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and advisers. This is a firm that rewards commitment, encourages growth, and provides real opportunities for progression.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of client accounts. You’ll play a vital part in client communications, onboarding, portfolio updates, and maintaining accurate documentation — all while upholding the firm’s reputation for professionalism and care.

Collaboration is key. You’ll be part of a close-knit support team working to ensure every client receives seamless service. As the business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with it — gaining exposure to complex client cases, enhancing your technical knowledge, and carving out a meaningful career in financial services.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused, with a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals. Experience supporting roles such as Client Services Administrators, Wealth Management Assistants, or similar functions within a financial planning environment will serve you well here.

Requirements

  • You will need 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing administrative or support role, preferably within wealth management, financial services, or a related industry.

  • A strong track record of managing client relationships efficiently and supporting financial advisers to deliver exceptional service is essential.

  • You must be motivated, resilient, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your career within the wealth management sector.

  • Experience handling high volumes of administrative tasks, managing client documentation, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders is highly valued.
